Introduction

Welcome to DoctorBird Custom Design. The following terms and conditions guide the use of and commerce in our online shop. These terms and conditions may be adjusted from time to time. Please read before making an online purchase at DoctorBird Custom Design.

1 - General

You can shop our product through our online shop. If you have any questions please contact our customer service for help at doctorbirdcustomdesign.com. All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled. Any attempts of frauds will be reported to the police. DoctorBird Custom Design reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted. DoctoreBird Custom Design holds the right to have minor deviations related how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, appear on our online shop. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes.

2 – Shipping & Delivery

All shipments are sent by UPS, USPS, DHL or FedEx depending on the country you reside in. You will recieve a tracking link along with your Shipping Confirmation. The order will be sent to the address you fill in at the checkout. Price, currency, VAT and shipping fee will be adjusted depending on the shipping country.

a. Delivery time and shipping fee

Estimated delivery time is 2-7 working days depending on shipping country. Shipping fee will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step.

b. Uncollected packages

We will charge 5% for declined items, e.g. if you refuse to sign or will not pick up the order at your pick-up point. If you change your mind about things you ordered contact our customer service immediately. You still have to collect your package and return it back to us. Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact our customer service. When returning it you are responsible for the goods.

c. Customs and import fees

You will be charged all costs for customs and import fees to your selected shipping country, make sure you understand what rules and fees apply by contacting relevant authority or local FedEx branch.

Customers from Norway will pay 25% VAT directly to Dedicated on all orders up to

3000 NOK.

Dedicated will declare the VAT directly to the Norwegian government.

No custom fees on these orders (up to 3000 NOK) will be issued.

3 - Payment

You have the following options:

- Credit card (Mastercard/VISA/Diners/American Express)

- Paypal

When using credit card you pay immediately at checkout. When the package arrives you pick it up at your local pick-up point. All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. DoctorBird Custom Design reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. DoctorBird Custom Design can also demand you to confirm the order separately by mail sent to the invoice address before your order is delivered.

4 – Returns and complaints

US law is applied, according to the right of reclamation and returns. You have the right to return a product and get a full refund or exchange the product, within 30 days from receiving the goods. If you change your mind about a product you have to contact our customer service within this time. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with all labels and tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.

Returns from outside the US must be marked as a return and with the actual value of the returned goods, to be cleared at customs.

5 - Refunds

You will recieve your refund via the same payment method as when you placed your order. It may take up to 7 days before the money reaches your account. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with any labels or tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.

a. Faulty goods

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within two weeks of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For faulty items TSHIRT STORE will make a full refund to you, including for return shipping, as soon as possible. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund including for shipping and return. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

6 - Security

All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. Most web browsers use symbols or the guide https:// to show that the page you are visiting is secured. DoctorBird Custom Design co-operate with Auriga AB for redemption of credit card payments. According to US law DoctorBird Custom Design has to have your approval before handling your personal information. Receiving your personal information helps us to give you good customer service and updates. We will not leave or sell your personal information to third-parties without your permission.

a. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or with the use of the website or with any purchase on the website shall be governed by US law. DoctorBird Custom Design may modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any moment. You are therefore asked to accept only the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of purchase with each of your orders.

b. Ownership of right

All rights, including copyrights at doctorbirdcustomdesign.com remain with DoctorBird Custom Design and its subsidiaries. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.

7 - Force majeure

in case of war, civil war, revolution, riot, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster, measures by public authority or similar circumstances DoctorBird Custom Design will apply to force majeure. This means that these terms & conditions can not or only partly be performed. If this occurs DoctorBird Custom Design will try to inform you about this.
